Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to thoroughly understand the needs, strengths, and areas for growth of each client.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that therapy objectives align with client goals.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and adjusting methodologies as necessary to optimize client engagement and progress.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated care, ensuring that clients have access to additional resources such as support groups and psychiatric services as needed.
