Position Overview

Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient counseling team. This remote position allows for a flexible work schedule while providing essential mental health services to individuals in need. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate clients' mental health statuses to develop individualized care plans that address their unique needs.

  • Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and organized documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and address any additional needs outside of scheduled therapy sessions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists predominantly work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and behavioral challenges. The clients served by our outpatient program encompass diverse backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Must hold an active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective client management and documentation.
  • Familiarity with remote therapy tools and electronic health record systems is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
