This full-time, remote opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who are eager to contribute to the mental well-being of our clients in an outpatient setting. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 117,000 per year, along with a range of benefits.

About the Organization

At Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing exceptional mental health services that empower individuals to overcome their challenges. Our mission is to foster a supportive environment where mental health professionals can thrive while making a real difference in the lives of their clients. We utilize evidence-based practices to ensure our clients receive top-notch care that leads to positive outcomes.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing our Licensed Mental Health Therapists the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to behavioral health. While individual practitioners have the autonomy to manage their schedules, they also have the collective support of their peers for professional development and teamwork. The outpatient nature of our organization means you will frequently engage with clients through teletherapy sessions, further enhancing accessibility and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with professional standards and improve client care.
  • Facilitate communication with other healthcare professionals and collaborate on interdisciplinary case management to optimize client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base challenged by a range of mental health issues. This may include individuals coping with traumatic experiences, anxiety disorders, depression, and more. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients navigate their unique journeys toward recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is required.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting, including familiarity with case management.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and documentation skills to ensure efficient management of client records.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients and utilize empathy and understanding to build rapport.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based practices, including specialties in CBT or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Prior experience working in outpatient settings and managing diverse client populations.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a willingness to utilize technology in therapy sessions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 117,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our employees enjoy comprehensive health insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, we prioritize work-life balance and provide opportunities for you to set your own schedule.
