• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to develop integrated treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Participate actively in team meetings, clinical supervision, and training sessions to enhance professional development and stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently for documenting client interactions and managing patient information securely.

You will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing a wide array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve their mental well-being, and foster resilient relationships.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient in advanced communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and sound judgment in therapeutic scenarios.
