Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathway, your primary responsibilities will include:

You will work primarily with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This patient population often faces a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals reclaim their lives, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and achieve lasting recovery.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for this position:

  • A masterโ€™s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
