This position operates in a remote setting, providing flexibility to manage your work schedule while attending to client needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic care approach, ensuring alignment on client treatment strategies.
  • Engage in crisis intervention, accompanying clients through assessment processes, safety planning, and securing immediate support when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation in accordance with legal standards to adhere to ethical guidelines and support superior clinical practice.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to promote community support and reinforce therapeutic learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
