We are seeking an Instructional Technical Training Specialist to support the design, development, and delivery of advanced technical training programs within a mission-focused environment.

This role focuses on creating and maintaining interactive learning solutions, instructor-led training, and virtual training content supporting highly technical subject areas. The ideal candidate has strong experience developing technical curriculum, supporting virtual learning environments, and delivering training related to SIGINT, digital signal processing, and technical systems. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain complex technical training programs and instructional materials * Develop interactive virtual learning content, instructor-led courses, workshops, and seminars * Create online web-based training modules, distance learning presentations, and technical courseware * Support curriculum development, updates, and maintenance for evolving technical programs * Administer and support virtual training environments and remote learning platforms * Develop training plans, instructional guides, and supporting documentation * Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into effective training solutions * Deliver technical instruction and facilitate learning sessions as required * Support training initiatives related to SIGINT, digital signal processing, and technical systems * Evaluate course effectiveness and recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods * Travel as needed to support training development and delivery activities Required Qualifications * Must be fully cleared with a recent MD polygraph * Must be willing and able to work fully onsite at the location listed in this posting * Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 10+ years of experience planning and managing technical training development programs * Experience with instructional design and development of technical training materials * Experience creating instructor-led training, online learning, workshops, and seminars * Experience designing and developing interactive and virtual learning solutions * Current certification through the National Cryptologic University (NCU) * 5+ years of training experience related to Digital Signal Processing (DSP) * Experience with curriculum development and maintenance * Experience administering virtual training environments * SIGINT experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) * Familiarity with C++ concepts or technical training environments involving C++ * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability and willingness to travel as needed Desired Qualifications * Experience supporting Intelligence Community training programs * Experience developing highly technical or mission-focused training content * Experience working with multimedia training technologies and instructional tools * Advanced degree in a related technical or educational discipline * #CJ Fantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
