This position allows for flexible scheduling and is primarily remote, accommodating a variety of client needs. While you will conduct most therapy sessions online, some responsibilities may involve collaboration with local service providers or attendance at community events to enhance visibility and outreach. Your working hours may include evenings and weekends to ensure we meet clients at their most convenient times, making your contributions invaluable.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, including their strengths and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline distinct therapeutic goals and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals—to coordinate care for optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring client safety through comprehensive safety planning.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support client care and regulatory requirements.

The clients you will serve at Family Social Work Center are diverse, ranging from children and adolescents facing behavioral issues to adults navigating complex life transitions and mental health disorders. Your role will be critical in supporting this diverse population by offering tailored interventions to promote mental health resilience across various life circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A deep understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills tailored to a variety of clients.

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or outpatient settings. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual treatment methods will be beneficial in effectively serving our remote clientele.
