• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions with clients, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for discussions.
• Engage in initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, ensuring that each client receives tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records within a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system to streamline care and facilitate clear communication.
• Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries and concerns to enhance overall patient satisfaction and engagement.
• Strive to provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care that respects and acknowledges the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all patients.
• Regularly review and adhere to company policies and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the state licensing boards.

Your work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will focus on a varied client population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Given the nature of telehealth, you will have the opportunity to support clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, providing interventions that are both effective and empathetic. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline is required.
• A valid state license as either an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW is mandatory, along with the capability to engage in telehealth practice.

• Experience working in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a remote capacity, is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on online interactions and active listening.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling, familiar with telehealth software and electronic health record systems.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, with an ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of remote counseling modalities.
• Expertise in various therapeutic techniques that can be effectively adapted to a virtual format.
• A track record of maintaining a high standard of care and ethical practice, reflecting knowledge of cultural competence in mental health.
