We are seeking a dedicated and licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our remote clinical team at Evara Mental Health Services. This full-time position allows you to deliver crucial therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the mental well-being of clients throughout Tennessee. Work Environment

This is a completely remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Tennessee. Evara offers a technologically advanced telehealth platform designed to ensure secure and effective therapy sessions. Our work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, but you will have the freedom to choose your schedule to accommodate your personal life, including the option to work evenings and weekends if desired. Your success will be supported by a dedicated administrative team that handles billing, client scheduling, and referrals so you can direct your focus on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and/or couples therapy sessions using our secure telehealth platform, ensuring a conducive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client histories, formulate treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation using our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Engage in regular virtual case consultations with colleagues to discuss challenging cases and exchange insights, promoting a culture of shared learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers as necessary to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and couples navigating various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • An active LPC license in Tennessee or licensure eligibility within 90 days of application.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services, with a focus on individual and/or relational therapy.
  • Comfortable managing a remote caseload and working independently, demonstrating strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • A reliable internet connection and a designated private workspace that enables effective telehealth sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience delivering telehealth therapy with a solid understanding of virtual client engagement techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
