• Provide comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to ensure client confidentiality and security.
• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, develop targeted treatment plans, and maintain timely progress notes to monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Balance your own caseload by managing appointment schedules that align with your professional goals and specialties while ensuring optimal client care.
• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with other healthcare providers and participating in optional virtual clinical team meetings to enhance interdisciplinary support.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, legal, and ethical standards in telehealth service delivery, ensuring compliance and the highest quality of care for clients.

Your role will involve working with diverse populations, including individuals and families dealing with a variety of challenges such as relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You will play a critical role in facilitating healing and growth, developing therapeutic alliances that empower clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Your contributions will directly impact client outcomes, leading to improved mental health and stronger familial relationships.

• Currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona. Please note that associate-level or intern status will not be considered.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required to ensure a strong theoretical foundation.
• Experience and comfort in delivering therapy via video platforms, demonstrating ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual environment.
• Strong documentation and time management skills, with a detail-oriented approach to notes and treatment planning.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a secure, private workspace at home conducive for teletherapy sessions.
• A genuine passion for systemic and relational therapy, with an understanding of the complexities of family dynamics.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience working with individuals and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Experience with various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or emotional-focused therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology, enabling efficient documentation and client interactions.
