Prime Cure Internal Wellness Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000, and is primarily focused on delivering essential early intervention services to children and families in need. The role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be performed in a supportive remote work environment, designed to facilitate collaboration and connection among our team members. • Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs and delays.
• Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address specific developmental goals and strategies.
• Regularly monitor client progress and outcomes, ensuring adjustments to treatment plans are made as necessary based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families, fostering a strong rapport and open communication to enhance their child’s development.
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching approaches to promote learning and growth.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations governing social work practices.
• Engage actively in team discussions and case conferences to share insights and improve collective care strategies.
• Document all interactions and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.

Our primary focus is on children under the age of three who demonstrate disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will collaborate closely with families, assessing their needs, providing support, and implementing treatment plans that are tailored to enhance their child's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your role is crucial in guiding families through challenges and celebrating progress, ultimately contributing to the child's overall well-being and development.

• Possession of a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work (MSW or DSW).
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in accordance with state regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for potential community engagement.
• Demonstrated expertise in adapting to different educational approaches to effectively meet each child’s individualized treatment plan.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• A deep commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
