Full-Time Remote LCSW

Job Summary

This full-time telehealth position gives an LCSW licensed in North Carolina the ability to focus on direct clinical care in a remote setting. The work involves meeting with clients through scheduled video sessions, completing assessments, building treatment plans, providing therapy, and helping clients strengthen coping skills for everyday challenges.

The role is a good match for a clinician who can manage a consistent caseload, maintain accurate records, and deliver reliable care through a secure virtual platform.

Position Information

Location: North Carolina
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote therapy services to clients located in North Carolina
  • Assess mental health symptoms, psychosocial history, strengths, and treatment needs
  • Build treatment plans with clear and measurable goals
  • Provide therapy for concerns such as emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, and life changes
  • Maintain progress notes, assessments, and treatment updates in the clinical record
  • Use clinical judgment when addressing safety concerns or changes in client presentation
  • Keep client information secure and follow HIPAA and telehealth standards
  • Review progress throughout care and update treatment direction when needed
  • Support clients in developing practical tools for managing daily stressors

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
  • Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
  • Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
