As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health of our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat and managing outpatient appointments to ensure ongoing mental health support.
• Assessing clients' emotional and psychological needs through comprehensive evaluations and interviews, allowing for personalized treatment planning.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessments, which may include interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.

• Significant experience in clinical social work practice, particularly in the areas of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse populations.
• The ability to navigate remote technology platforms effectively, demonstrating a comfort level with digital tools essential for modern counseling.
