• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students to identify presenting issues, backgrounds, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that uniquely address the needs of each client, collaborating closely with students and their families.
• Monitor and document client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain the highest confidentiality standards and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all client interactions.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and therapies.

You will work primarily with students from various backgrounds, addressing their unique mental health challenges related to academic pressures, personal relationships, and social issues. Your role will involve closely collaborating with educators and support staff within the school environment to facilitate a holistic approach to student wellness.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in private practice or school-based settings.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of interventions tailored to client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, characterized by empathy, compassion, and the ability to connect with clients effectively.

• Experience working within educational environments or with school-aged children and adolescents.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complementing a robust benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), retirement plans with employer contributions, and flexible scheduling options.
