We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.
Location: South Florida or Latin America
Position Summary We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to lead the growth of our CEDI (Continuous Electrodeionization) business throughout Latin America. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise in water treatment solutions, with specific experience in CEDI technology, experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO), and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities The Sales Representative will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for CEDI solutions across Latin America. This person will build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, channel partners, and consulting engineers. They will develop territory growth strategies, maintain an active sales pipeline, and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
The role will also involve working closely with application engineering, product management, and customer support teams to provide customers with technically sound and commercially competitive solutions. The Sales Representative will prepare proposals, lead negotiations, support contract discussions, and ensure smooth project handoff after award. In addition, the individual will represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings throughout the region.
Required Qualifications Candidates must have proven sales experience in industrial water treatment, membrane systems, or related process technologies. Direct experience selling CEDI technology is required. Candidates must also have experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology, though the primary sales focus of the role will be CEDI. Experience selling into OEMs is required. The successful candidate must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to manage complex technical sales processes across multiple countries and customer types. A strong understanding of water purification applications in industries such as power, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, food and beverage, and general industrial markets is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, business, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in Latin American markets and understanding regional business practices, distribution models, and customer expectations is highly desirable. Portuguese language skills would be a plus, but are not required.
Key Competencies The ideal candidate will combine technical credibility with strong commercial instincts. They should be highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable traveling extensively across Latin America. Strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, negotiation ability, and cross-cultural communication are essential for success in this role.
Travel Requirements This role requires frequent travel throughout Latin America to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
