Sales Representative, Dental Laser Technology 

San Diego, CA


Remote, 100% Commission, Field-Based Territory Role

A well-established dental technology company is expanding its national Sales team in San Diego, California. This role offers the opportunity to represent a proven, first of its kind laser technology used in the treatment of periodontal disease.


Top performers succeed through an entrepreneurial approach, strong clinical relationships, and the ability to drive capital equipment sales in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by selling dental laser equipment and the associated clinical training protocol
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through disciplined prospecting, demos, and closing

  • Deliver presentations at study clubs, trade shows, and dental society events
  • Manage pipeline activity, forecasts, and documentation in Salesforce CRM

Role Structure
