Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Set specific therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress through regular evaluations.
• Offer teletherapy sessions, adapting your techniques to meet accessibility needs and client preferences.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately to comply with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, family dynamics, and relationship concerns. Your role is essential in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes and develop strategies for coping and growth, enabling them to lead enriching lives.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all backgrounds.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in a telehealth environment is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience working with clients from various cultural backgrounds will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
