• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes, complying with organizational standards and state regulations for mental health documentation.

• Must hold a current and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and sensitivity toward clients' experiences, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle a caseload and ensure timely documentation.

• Experience in providing remote mental health services, particularly within the community health setting, is highly favorable.
• Knowledge or certification in evidence-based therapeutic modalities is desirable.
• Experience with diverse populations, particularly as it pertains to cultural understanding and sensitivity in mental health practices.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000–104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
