Job Title: Acquisition Analyst (REMOTE)

Location: Remote

Agency: National Park Service

Status: Exempt

Job Summary

The Acquisition Analyst provides acquisition support to departmental leadership and serves as liaison and advisor to the division.

Essential Functions

  • Provide quality assurance of Procurement Request (PR) packages in all stages of the PR process; identify and assist in resolving issues with responsible parties to ensure progress is being made
  • Assist in the budget development process to capture all funded and unfunded requirements and identify opportunities for streamlining contract actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of PR packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Statements of Objectives (SOO).

Job Specifications

  • Ability to manage all tasks and schedules to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • DAU

Education: BA/BS or higher in Business, Finance, or other related disciplines

Experience: Requires 5 years of experience providing acquisition support services
