Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support business decisions

  • Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to solve data-driven problems

  • Define and track key performance metrics and operational KPIs

  • Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders


Job Skills/Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, strategy, or related roles

  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
