Job description

About The CAM Collective

The CAM Collective (TCC) is a specialized advisory and operations firm focused on community association management (CAM) transitions. We work with sellers, buyers, and management companies to ensure seamless, data-driven deal closings across a growing national portfolio. Our team moves fast, operates with precision, and is building the infrastructure to scale.

Data & Automation | Remote / Hybrid | Full-Time - $80,000 base + 5-8% performance bonus

The Role

This Data Analyst is the hands-on executor of data mapping, extraction, validation, and quality assurance across all active deals, reporting directly to the Sr. Data Integration & Automation Manager. It's a critical role - the accuracy of this work directly impacts deal timelines and client outcomes - and one that plays a key part in testing and refining TCC's proprietary automation tool as it's built and deployed.

What You'll Do
  • Extract, normalize, and organize data from source systems for each active deal
  • Execute current-state data mapping documentation under the direction of the Sr. Data Integration & Automation Manager
  • Prepare and validate data for transition pathway execution, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency before handoff
  • Perform data quality checks and generate exception reports for review
  • Conduct QA testing on automation tool outputs - log issues, verify fixes, and document results
  • Maintain organized, version-controlled data mapping files and support the Manager in building and updating the master data dictionary
  • Flag data anomalies, system discrepancies, or mapping gaps proactively
  • Assist Project Managers with data-related questions on active deals

Requirements

What We're Looking For (Required)
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, data operations, or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and querying
  • Familiarity with data mapping concepts and multi-system data environments
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent work items across different deals without losing accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with property management software or real estate data systems
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment with evolving processes

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits
  • $80,000 base salary
  • 5-8% annual performance bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k))
  • Remote-friendly work environment
  • Hands-on experience building automation infrastructure from scratch
  • Direct mentorship from a senior data leader
  • Growth opportunity as the team and deal volume expand
