Lab Data Analyst
Location: Syracuse, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with schedule flexibility
Pay Range: $24.04 - $27.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Data Analyst to support Quality Control Laboratory operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining laboratory efficiency, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality standards within a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, laboratory experience, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to GMP compliance and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Order laboratory supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Perform laboratory inventory management and reconciliation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between laboratory personnel and external vendors.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain laboratory trending data and reports.
  • Perform routine laboratory maintenance activities.
  • Conduct testing of finished products, raw materials, and drug product components.
  • Perform Water for Injection (WFI) testing.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and verify laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Promote a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company policies.
  • Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field from a regionally accredited institution is a MUST!
Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, pharmaceutical, or medical device laboratory environment preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of laboratory operations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with laboratory equipment, including balances and analytical instruments.
  • Knowledge of quality-related processes and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedules as business needs require.
