Role Responsibilities:<\/b>
The job requires someone who has skills and experience working as a multi\-faceted software developer for the US IT consulting, sub\-contracting, and staffing corporation. We are seeking candidates who have skills related to the tasks mentioned below and exhibited in their prior experience:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
1. Develop custom APIs, methods, and functions as a software developer<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
2. Implementation, customization, and administration of suite of enterprise Zoho applications including Recruit, CRM, Cliq, People, Zoho Mail, and more.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
3. Understand the business process flow and requirements of the team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
4. Design. Develop and maintain custom Zoho functions and workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
5. Train users on how to effectively use the Zoho applications. Create required training material \/guidelines for the users, as needed<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
6. Assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
7. Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

8. Provide System admin \/ IT support to users<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
9. Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
10. Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
11. Monitor, Control and ensure the sustained effective usage of Zoho products throughout the organization.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
12. Review and analyze the data on Zoho on a daily basis, to identify discrepancies, and incomplete information and work with the users to help resolve the discrepancies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
13. Manage access and control of users<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
14. Generate required daily, weekly and monthly reports<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
15. Mentor and cross\-train other team members<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n - Custom Zoho development using Zoho Creator (Minimum 2 Years)
<\/li>\n - Zoho Recruit or Zoho CRM or Zoho People development \- Minimum 2 Years
<\/li>\n - Zoho Recruit or Zoho CRM or Zoho People implementation or customization \- Minimum 2 Years

Preferred Skills (<\/b>Not required but strongly preferred):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n \n - Certified Zoho Developer
<\/li>\n - Experienced working as an IT Support Engineer or System Administrator (2+ years)
<\/li>\n - Demonstration of Sample code using Github\/bitbucket\/stack exchange etc.
<\/li>\n - Prior experience working in a virtual environment.
<\/li>\n - Prior experience working independently without oversight
<\/li>\n - Understanding of US IT contracting, recruitment, and staffing
