As the Director, KOL & Theranostics, you will play a critical role in advancing Siemens Healthineers' Molecular Imaging strategy across key national accounts and the rapidly expanding Theranostics landscape.
You will serve as a strategic business leader and external-facing partner, responsible for driving growth, strengthening Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, and supporting the development of scalable programs that accelerate adoption and success in Theranostics.
You are responsible for:
Business Management:
  • Assessing the strategic position of the Molecular Imaging Business Unit across key KOL and Theranostics account environments, including Radiology, Oncology, Urology, and Neurology networks.
  • Partnering with MI Business Unit leadership to implement the Theranostics Business Unit Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Collaborating with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), Area Vice Presidents (AVPs), and Strategic Corporate Accounts to execute national growth initiatives.
  • Analyzing market dynamics, competitive trends, and evolving industry conditions to identify new opportunities in the national Theranostics space.
  • Building a strong understanding of critical call points required for success, including hospitals, imaging centers, referring physicians, and radiopharmaceutical/pharmacy partners.
  • Engaging external industry experts and thought leaders to shape strategy, expand influence, and drive growth opportunities.
  • Representing Siemens Healthineers at Theranostics-focused conferences, meetings, and tradeshows to strengthen visibility and engagement.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research, customer segmentation, and trend analysis to identify unmet needs, emerging risks, and strategic opportunities.
  • Aligning upstream marketing strategy with business objectives, driving measurable outcomes such as revenue contribution, acquisition efficiency, and pipeline generation.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Creating and refining standardized messaging and engagement strategies for assigned KOL and Theranostics accounts.
  • Influencing contract strategy through tailored value propositions, differentiated offerings, and value-add solutions.
  • Ensuring post-sale customer success through active partnership with local and global Business Unit leadership.
  • Identifying critical customer decisions, market shifts, and acquisition activity, assessing strategic implications for Molecular Imaging.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration on Theranostics business development opportunities, translating market insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Engaging directly with key customers, clinicians, and stakeholders to understand pain points and inform upstream marketing initiatives.
  • Owning and strengthening executive-level relationships across strategic accounts, serving as a trusted partner to key decision-makers.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for project coordination and issue resolution, partnering with internal teams nationwide to ensure successful outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the Theranostics space
  • Clinical and technical expertise in Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Theranostics, and related disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills to manage market intelligence and execute strategic initiatives
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate colleagues and drive results across teams
  • Understanding of fiscal and commercial impact, including margin analysis and revenue drivers
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%

The base pay range for this position is:
$185,000 - $254,375
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
