Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst IV serves as the primary owner of the Workday digital employee experience, focusing on creating, maintaining, and optimizing HR knowledge content within Workday Help. This role partners with HR, HRIS, Shared Services, Communications, and Technology teams to ensure employees and managers have access to accurate, user-friendly information while driving self-service adoption and improving the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, publish, update, and retire Workday Help knowledge articles.
- Develop and maintain content governance standards and review processes.
- Partner with HR functional teams to identify, document, and improve knowledge content.
- Manage content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and audience targeting.
- Ensure all knowledge articles align with HR policies, procedures, and business processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, guidance, and self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with Change Management and Communications teams to promote self-service adoption.
- Coordinate translation and localization efforts for global content where applicable.
- Monitor content performance, analyze user behavior and search trends, and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee digital experience.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience configuring Workday HCM and Workday Help.
- Three or more years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, knowledge management, digital experience, communications, or a related field.
- Experience creating and managing content within enterprise systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR Shared Services or employee service delivery operations.
- Global HR or multinational organization experience.
- Knowledge of employee self-service, case management, and knowledge management best practices.
- Experience with AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or digital assistants.
- Experience supporting multilingual or global content environments.
