About the Role

We are seeking a PMO / Management Analyst to support enterprise IT and data programs through program governance, portfolio oversight, reporting, and performance analytics. This role provides programmatic and analytical support to leadership by ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of program initiatives across digital product delivery and enterprise data portfolios.

The ideal candidate will combine program management, portfolio analytics, and governance experience with strong analytical and reporting capabilities to help leadership monitor performance, manage risks, and drive data-informed decision-making. This role operates within a dynamic, mission-driven environment supporting modern cloud-based digital platforms and enterprise data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Support

  • Support overall program management activities, including planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting across multiple task areas.
  • Maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain aligned with contract and organizational objectives.
  • Track program risks, dependencies, and resource utilization, ensuring issues are proactively escalated and mitigated.
  • Assist leadership with task order oversight, including progress monitoring and status reporting.
  • Apply program management best practices and industry standards to ensure high-quality execution and delivery.

Portfolio Management & Governance

  • Support governance forums such as portfolio reviews, architecture boards, and operational reviews by preparing decision-support materials and program dashboards.
  • Track portfolio performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational strategic outcomes.
  • Document decisions, action items, and follow-up activities from governance meetings.
  • Maintain program artifacts, including risk registers, action trackers, and portfolio reports.

Program Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain program dashboards and visualizations to track progress, operational performance, and key performance indicators.
  • Apply data analytics techniques to evaluate operational performance and inform leadership decisions.
  • Produce status reports, executive briefings, and program metrics to support leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking financial and operational performance against program objectives.

Product Delivery & Data Portfolio Support

  • Support digital product delivery teams by tracking feature delivery timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with portfolio oversight activities supporting enterprise data initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor project artifacts, including roadmaps, sprint deliverables, and release milestones.
  • Coordinate across technical teams, product owners, and leadership to ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management

  • Identify opportunities to improve program management processes, reporting workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain program documentation and ensure knowledge transfer and onboarding materials are current.
  • Support the adoption of modern program management tools, dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of deskside/help desk leadership; hands-on experience with Windows/macOS support and endpoint tools.
  • Experience supporting federal government IT or data programs preferred.
  • Experience preparing program reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
  • Experience supporting governance forums and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel dashboards, etc.).
  • Knowledge of program management methodologies (PMI, Agile, ITIL, or similar).
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

Certifications

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar program management certification.
  • Agile or ITIL

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust background investigation
