Job description

About Bryant Park Consulting:
Bryant Park Consulting is a leading Oracle | NetSuite consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses achieve their goals through successful ERP implementations and optimizations. We are a team of experienced consultants passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving digital transformation. At Bryant Park Consulting, we foster a collaborative and supportive environment where our employees can thrive and grow professionally.
Role Overview
The Growth Solution Architect (SA) is responsible for driving expansion, optimization, and relationship management across BPC's existing customer base. Unlike Direct SAs who focus on net-new logos, Growth SAs own post-go-live clients, ensuring that every customer has a dedicated technical advisor accountable for Managed Services packages, system optimization, and solution expansion.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Ownership & Coverage
    • Serve as the primary SA for assigned customers, with responsibility for expansion, optimization, and ongoing ERP/EPM roadmap execution.
    • Maintain full coverage across the BPC portfolio, ensuring every customer has a Growth SA point of contact.
    • Partner with secondary SAs (e.g., ERP vs EPM) where cross-domain expertise is needed.
  2. Managed Services & Optimization
    • Align customers to the right Managed Services package (Maintain, Optimize, Enhance) based on attributes, maturity, and growth stage.
    • Lead customer roadmap discussions, identifying opportunities for enhancements, new modules, and integrations.
    • Execute scoping and solution design for optimization activities.
  3. Revenue & Growth Enablement
    • Drive account expansion through upsell/cross-sell of Managed Services, renewals, and additional projects.
    • Identify and qualify new opportunities in collaboration with Direct SAs and BPC Alliances.
    • Perform Annual Business Reviews to help drive a roadmap focused pipeline where subsequent opportunities may be generated.
  4. Collaboration & Alliances Support
    • Work closely with BPC Alliances (AMO) to leverage NetSuite and ecosystem relationships.
    • Ensure alignment with delivery teams for smooth handoffs, execution, and customer success.
    • Provide industry and micro-vertical solutioning support as accounts mature toward verticalization.
  5. Process & Governance
    • Follow structured handoff processes from Direct SA → Growth SA at project go-live.
    • Maintain account coverage records and forecast pipelines tied to AMO activities.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of Annual Business Reviews (ABRs), Optimization Request Activities, and sales/delivery alignment.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant within NetSuite or similar ERP ecosystems.
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of NetSuite modules (ERP, SuiteBilling, Inventory, EPM, etc.) with the ability to scope and design optimization projects.
  • Experience in account management, managed services, or post-go-live customer ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize strategic engagements, and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, alliances, and delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive and end-user audiences.

Success Criteria
  • Full coverage of assigned customer portfolio with no gaps in ownership.
  • Growth in revenue through Managed Services, renewals, and optimization projects.
  • High customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Seamless collaboration with Direct SAs, Alliances, and Delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as both trusted advisor and growth driver for clients.

Salary Range: USD $165,000 to $200,000

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
