This role is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients across various geographical locations while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs while considering their strengths and resources.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and needs.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to promote mental health awareness and resources.
• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various age groups, genders, and cultural backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, and more, ensuring each client receives respectful, culturally competent care tailored to their unique experiences.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while staying connected with the team through virtual platforms.

We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems is highly advantageous. Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches is also a plus, enabling a more holistic approach to client care.
