• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluate client needs to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to support client growth and emotional resilience, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions or may have mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility of care.
• Maintain precise documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment, and foster innovation in therapy delivery methods.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ unique experiences and struggles.

• An annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and clinical credentials.
