Job Requisition: Senior GCPC Business Analyst

Location: Stafford VA / Remote

Customer: Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps

Salary Range: $ 140,000.00 - $ 150,000.00

Job Description: Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior GCPC Business Analyst with experience in Government Purchase Card and/or simplified acquisition, risk management, and internal controls administration. This position will focus on:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Program support
  • E-systems involved in payments, delegations, audits and administration
  • GCPC policy, procedures, regulations and program changes
  • GCPC audit and compliance, data analytics & reporting'
  • Analyzing data to improve metrics

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with Government Purchase Card or Simplified Acquisition
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with risk management and internal controls administration
  • Experience with the administration & oversight of a DoD purchase card program
  • Experience with e-systems involved in payments, delegations, audits and administration
  • Experience interpreting DoD, DoN and other federal regulations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business or accounting fields of study
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a robust work environment.

Security Clearance:

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
