Location: Remote (US-based hours preferred) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Roadshow Program Manager to lead our national retail roadshow events, with a primary focus on Costco and Sam's Club . This role requires deep operational expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a strong understanding of supply chain logistics. You'll drive seamless execution from planning to post-event reporting—ensuring our brand is represented with excellence in every activation.

Roadshow Program Management Lead strategic and operational planning for Costco and Sam's Club Roadshow events. Own end-to-end event execution including inventory planning, logistics, site readiness, and post-event reporting. Coordinate across Sales, Planning, Operations, and Production teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Kitting & Fulfillment Oversight Oversee kitting and fulfillment for roadshow kits to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure continuity and quality. Optimize packaging, labeling, and distribution workflows in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Management Manage third-party logistics (3PLs), kitting suppliers, and software vendors to meet service-level agreements (SLAs). Establish KPIs and lead RFP processes to evaluate and onboard new vendors. Team Leadership & Reporting Lead a small team of analysts supporting reporting and project tracking.

Build and manage dashboards to provide operational visibility and transparency. Cross-Functional & Executive Communication Serve as the primary operations lead for roadshows, regularly updating internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Present status reports, elevate issues, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or fulfillment management. Proven experience managing retail roadshows or large-scale in-store activations (Costco/Sam's Club preferred). Strong vendor management skills including negotiation and performance tracking.

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Strong analytical background; experience overseeing dashboards and operational metrics. Experience working with 3PLs, kitting vendors, and fulfillment partners.

Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to leadership teams. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with inventory and order management systems (OMS) Experience with ERP tools like NetSuite Working knowledge of project management software like Asana Proficiency in Looker or similar reporting tools Understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) #J-18808-Ljbffr
