Job SummaryFive Star Bath Solutions of Kansas City West is seeking a motivated, results-driven Bath Design Consultant to join our growing team. This is a high-income potential role for a strong closer who thrives in a structured appointment-based environment. You will run pre-set, appointments with homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling solutions.
As a 1099 commissioned sales professional, you will use our proven sales process, digital tools, and in-home presentation system to guide customers through options and deliver accurate pricing on the spot.
What Youll Do:
  • Conduct in- home sales appointments for professional bathroom remodeling services.
  • Utilize compant presentation tools and sofware on an iPad to create engagement and deliver accurate quotes.
  • Effectively close high-value sales, maintaining a minimum 25% net closing rate. Higher is encouraged!
  • Follow the structured Five Star Bath Solutions sales process from start to finish.
  • Provide excellent customer communication and a consultative approach during visits.
  • Accurately record and submit appointment outcomes, customer details, and next steps immediately after each meeting.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the Five Star Bath Solutions brand with integrity.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions and coaching to improve skills and product knowledge.
What Were Looking For (The Requirements):
  • Prior in-home sales or home improvement sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must own and operate an iPad compatible with company software.
  • Reliable transportation to customer appointments.
  • Ability to work independently while following a prove sales system.
  • Weekend availability (Friday and Saturday - we dont schedule on Sunday without prior approval from Bath Design Consultant)
  • Accurate record-keeping and tech-savvy enough to enter data after each appointment.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable in 100% commission role.
