Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
  • Conduct regular client sessions to monitor and discuss progress, address challenges, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.
  • Create, implement, and adjust person-centered treatment plans based on individual client goals and progress, ensuring personalized care.
  • Document client progress through timely and detailed progress notes, staying compliant with best practices and legal documentation requirements.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish baseline measurements for treatment.
  • Engage in individual supervision to reflect on client work, enhance therapeutic techniques, and foster professional development.
  • Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure safety and efficacy in treatment.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, regularly seeking out opportunities for professional enrichment and skill development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients who present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
