About Us:
Impact Kids has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful enrichment programs for over 5 years, and today we serve students at public and private schools across the country. Students have a safe space to develop, learn, play, and most importantly, just be kids in our before, during, and after school programs!
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to oversee and support a large regional account with multiple locations. This person must be highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management, client relations, and problem-solving.
You will be directly accountable for the overall success, support, and satisfaction of all locations within the assigned account. This includes acting as the primary point of contact between Impact Kids and the partner organization, while supporting vendor management, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring seamless communication across all locations.
The Account Manager will work closely with both site level teams and the corporate office to ensure alignment, consistency, and high-quality program delivery. This individual must be proactive, solutions-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities across a complex account structure.
This individual must possess outstanding communication and relationship management skills, be highly responsive, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability. A positive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years in account management, client services, operations, or a related field. Experience managing large accounts, multiple locations, or working with corporate partners is preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
