Job description

IQVIA Digital is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, development, and growth of a new digital community and engagement platform serving healthcare professionals. This highly visible role will lead a strategic, multi-year product initiative focused on creating meaningful user experiences, fostering professional connections, increasing engagement, and delivering data-driven insights that support business growth.

The Lead Product Manager will work cross-functionally with executive leadership, customer-facing teams, technical product leaders, project management, engineering, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to translate customer needs into innovative solutions. This individual will play a critical role in defining product strategy, launching new capabilities, and driving long-term adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and prioritize Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements to support successful product launches.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and business requirements into compelling user experiences.
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Conduct ongoing market, industry, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans and growth initiatives that drive adoption and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, project management, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support sales, business development, client engagements, and industry events as a product subject matter expert.
  • Leverage user insights and data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for future offerings and services.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Experience leading digital product strategy, roadmap development, and product launches.
  • Demonstrated success managing products through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, customer-centered design, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience defining and measuring product success metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
  • Experience with mobile applications, digital platforms, online communities, social networking, or engagement-focused products.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, digital health, life sciences, or healthcare technology markets.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market and user growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with user engagement, retention, customer lifecycle management, and analytics.
