This position allows you to work remotely, offering the flexibility to manage your workspace and schedule effectively. You will engage in a collaborative digital environment, using teletherapy tools to maintain regular contact with clients and team members. While you will primarily work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs and ensure accessibility. We utilize modern telehealth technologies to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via virtual meetings to accurately identify patient needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through video calls, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to promote positive mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups online, enabling participants to share experiences and build a sense of community.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care for our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services to patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and access to necessary resources.
• Educate clients on mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their own wellness.
• Maintain thorough and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions to foster professional growth and team cohesion.
• Stay informed about the latest research findings and advancements in mental health therapy to continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of patients who are navigating various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. • A valid bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW or LPCC) in the state of California.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and effective therapeutic techniques.
• Experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and creating impactful, personalized treatment plans.
• Previous experience providing both individual and group therapy, ensuring a focus on diverse populations.
• Strong skills in communication and interpersonal relations, along with the ability to establish professional relationships with clients.
• Sound judgment, ethical professionalism, and adherence to clinical boundaries within a therapeutic setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital platforms.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary setting.

• Prior experience working in outpatient psychiatric settings or community health clinics is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools to conduct therapy remotely.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities beyond the foundational requirements (e.g., trauma-informed care, DBT, etc.).
