WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
BaubleBar is currently seeking a Manager to join our Production team. The Production Manager will respond to all production and sample needs throughout the business. Interested candidates should be able to work confidently both independently and within a larger team. The position requires close attention to detail and candidates must excel at communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
  • Own production process steps for jewelry, accessories and packaging product lines
  • Place purchase orders with domestic and overseas vendors
  • Meticulously track status of production and samples for BaubleBar Main Line to meet deliveries on time while upholding BaubleBar's standards for quality
  • Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional partners to review products and proactively provide feedback
  • Troubleshoot with vendors and internal partners on production/sourcing issues
  • Review weekly WIPs to prevent production issues or delays
  • Responsible for timely communication of delivery updates to internal partners
  • Manage precise reports to give visibility to upper management
  • Maintain and enforce T&A calendars to ensure accurate execution of all orders
  • Work onsite in our Manhattan office 3 days per week & 2 days remote

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field
  • Solid understanding of production processes and supply chain
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and confident in data entry and analysis
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Highly organized with a tremendous attention to detail
  • A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be passionate about jewelry and creating our products!

WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Starting salary range for this role is $85,000.00-$95,000.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
