The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HRSD, IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and App Engine. This role requires a developer who thrives in an agile environment, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze problems, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency, amazing customer experience and business value.

Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs. Design and implement efficient workflows, integrations, and automation to enhance system functionality.

Provide expertise in HRSD, ITSM, SPM, and App Engine, ensuring best practices and scalability. Work within an agile team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing ServiceNow performance.

Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends, continuously improving platform capabilities. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Expertise in HRSD, ITSM, SPM, and App Engine.
