Job Title: IT Service Analyst Location: Tulsa, OK Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $22.58 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance: Not specified

Overview System One has an exciting opportunity for a new graduate of computer sciences or someone with 2-3 years of experience providing desktop, hardware, or software support. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to work as part of a large corporation in providing support and maintenance in software applications, networking, and telephony systems. All candidates must be willing to work in shifts that could potentially mean evenings and weekend availability. System One is only able to accept green card holders or US citizens at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely technical solutions to in-office and remote workforce regarding hardware and software applications.
  • Analyze and evaluate data, conducting research to improve IT system performance and generate insights.
  • Support incident resolution within the Service Center, minimizing escalation needs.
  • Perform network and telephony support-related activities as required.
  • Maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Utilize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems and applications, recommending improvements.
  • Participate in the implementation, testing, training, and support of new IT systems and applications.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, install, repair, and resolve issues on various information systems and technologies.
  • Manage IT assets according to policy and procedures.
  • Assist with departmental and cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain professional relationships with the workforce and assist with third-party vendors.
  • Track and record activities using the ITSM platform, meeting service level objectives.
  • Provide support for end-user issues and service requests, escalating when necessary.
  • Perform "on-call" support during non-business hours as needed.

Requirements

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a technology field and/or 2+ years of related experience.
  • Technical understanding of endpoint device operating systems and hardware interfaces.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other software applications, with ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Understanding of networking and telecommunications hardware and software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with courteous behavior when interfacing with staff.
  • Ability to travel and work after hours when required.
