This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to deliver care from your home while connecting with patients through telehealth technology. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients while utilizing advanced systems to maintain patient records securely and effectively. Our telehealth services are designed to ensure that all counselors and patients can engage in meaningful conversations, fostering a therapeutic relationship that enhances treatment outcomes.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions via our telehealth platform to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and collaborate with clients to set achievable goals for their mental health journey.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and adaptive strategies to support clients in overcoming dependencies while adapting to life changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethics regarding patient records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately reflects client interactions and treatment processes.
• Utilize clinical assessment tools and gather client information through interviews, observations, and standardized tests to evaluate mental and physical conditions.
• Act as an advocate for clients, coordinating required services and addressing any emergency needs that may arise.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation within a team environment to enhance your professional development and improve treatment efficacy.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds facing unique challenges. • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Ability to apply knowledge of group behavior and dynamics to effectively facilitate group sessions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a commitment to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Experience working with varied psychological populations and presenting issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention and client advocacy.
• Experience in documentation and record-keeping using electronic health record systems.
