This is a canvassing job.

You'll be working in neighborhoods, talking with homeowners, representing Renewal by Andersen of CNY, and helping generate interest in what we do.

It's simple... if you like being outside, meeting people, and working with a solid team instead of staring at a screen all day, you will enjoy this more than most entry-level positions.

Here's what's true:

Starting pay: $21/hour

Predictable schedule

Full benefits

401(k)

Generous bonus program

Team outings and company events

No gimmicks, No "rockstar wanted". No promises that this job will unlock your higher purpose. It may though...

What we can say is this:

We are a growing, successful company with a strong reputation in the community, and we believe people should be treated fairly and paid fairly for their effort.

You'll have training, support, and a team that wants you to succeed.

You don't need years of experience. You do need to be dependable, comfortable talking to people, and willing to put in honest work.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Sales experience is a plus
Willing to work evenings and weekends if needed
Must possess a valid Driver's License, own vehicle and maintain current, valid commercial/personal auto liability insurance meeting the company's minimum coverage requirements ($100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident). Continued employment in this role is contingent upon maintaining these credentials

Many find a relaxed pace, a good crew, decent pay, solid benefits, is a better deal than a lot of other entry-level jobs.

If that sounds worth a conversation, apply.
