Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual psychotherapy services to clients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to facilitate healing and promote resilience.
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation to adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by actively participating in case consultations, peer reviews, and continuing education opportunities.
