Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison with our managed detection and response vendor to analyze and respond to security findings.
  • Work closely with Office365/Azure administrators to ensure seamless integration of security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct reviews to enhance our security posture.
  • Analyze technical reports, benchmarks, and standards to provide actionable recommendations for system administrators.
  • Utilize security tools such as firewalls and advanced threat protection systems to monitor activities and identify potential threats.
  • Follow established SOPs for daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of security systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments for new software applications and services.
  • Review third-party security controls and recommend necessary responses.
  • Implement recommendations for improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Participate in assigned projects and be available for on-call duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to our mission.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • 5 or more years experience in Information Technology required.
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • 3 years as a system administrator, network/server engineer or equivalent job experience preferred.
  • Experience in health care and knowledge of HIPAA preferred.
  • Technical certification, especially in Information Security preferred.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Active Directory, group policy, Microsoft server administration, and Office 365/Azure administration experience preferred.
