Description

Are you the kind of project leader who can bring structure to complexity, connect business needs with technology solutions, and keep cross-functional teams moving in the same direction? At Johnson Health Tech, we're driven by a mission to delight and excite our customers through innovative products, unsurpassed quality, and best-in-class customer experiences. As part of our IT team, you'll play an important role in making that mission possible by helping teams improve processes, adopt solutions, and deliver projects that support the way our business works every day.

Where You'll Make an Impact

  • Partner with business users and analysts to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support thoughtful system solutions.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, communication plans, training efforts, and user adoption activities.
  • Track project budgets, benefits, ROI, vendor deliverables, risks, and lessons learned.
  • Support resource planning, staffing forecasts, and project capacity across IT and business teams.
  • Promote project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with MRP, ERP, and/or CRM systems, with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience using project or portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate work through influence, even without direct authority.
  • PMP or related certification strongly preferred.

Why This Role Stands Out

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, visibility, and meaningful business impact. You'll work closely with teams across the organization, support projects tied to critical business systems, and help shape how technology is adopted and used across Johnson Health Tech North America.
