We are seeking a customer-facing Implementation Business Analyst to join a mature but expanding energy software company. This is a critical role focused on translating complex business workflows into tailored software configurations.
The Role
  • Partner with clients to understand current workflows, identify pain points, and design "to-be" processes.
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear functional requirements for the development team to configure.
  • Guide customers toward improved operational efficiency by maximizing the value of the platform.
  • Lead solution demonstrations and provide training to ensure smooth deployment and long-term adoption.
