• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create comprehensive care plans that address both physical and mental health challenges, ensuring holistic support for residents.

This role primarily serves seniors who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, and feelings of isolation. With a specialty in geriatric care, you will work with diverse populations, ensuring culturally competent and empathetic approaches are applied to support each individual's needs.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, specifically working with the elderly population.
