• Function as an Independent Contractor, offering the freedom to manage your practice while adhering to professional standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of senior clients’ needs, developing personalized strategies to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
• Provide individualized counseling or psychotherapy sessions for adult and senior clients, employing active listening techniques to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Research and connect clients to relevant resources and support systems within the community, ensuring they have access to vital services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes.

The primary focus of your work will be with senior clients, who may face challenges such as isolation, depression, anxiety, or various life transitions. Your expertise in addressing the unique needs of older adults will empower them to navigate these changes effectively. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• You must hold a valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• Proficient skills in utilizing technology for documentation and communication, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential for efficient workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
