Remote Point Callers often use real-time communication tools such as video conferencing, instant messaging, or dedicated software platforms to stay connected with on-site teams. Regular check-ins and scheduled updates help maintain alignment on goals and expectations, ensuring smooth operations even when working remotely. Building strong communication habits is key to overcoming challenges related to distance and differing time zones.
