We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this work-from-home role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. Your role will be crucial in ensuring data integrity, organizing information, and supporting operational efficiency, all while working independently from your home office.

Key Responsibilities
Data Processing & Entry
- Accurately enter alphanumeric data from various sources (including paper documents, electronic files, scanned images, and forms) into company databases and systems.
- Update and maintain existing records to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and reviewing for errors or deficiencies.
- Perform regular data quality checks and cleanup to maintain database integrity.
Document Management
- Organize and file digital documents according to established protocols.
- Scan and digitize physical documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Track and log completed work for productivity reporting.
